How To Place An Order
You can order directly through our online store by adding the items you want to your shopping cart. We do not have a printed catalog. If you have any problems while ordering just contact us for assistance.
Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover.
We do not accept checks or money orders or PayPal.
Sales Tax
California residents must pay 9.25% Sales Tax. All orders shipped outside California will not be charged sales tax.
For states other than California, please check your own state laws regarding any use tax or sales tax you may need to provide to your state.
Shipping Information
All shipments are insured regardless of shipping method used. Excluding Holidays, we ship orders Monday through Friday. It generally takes 1 to 3 days to process your order before we ship. You will be sent an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. IMPORTANT: Shipping time does not include processing time.
USPS Priority Mail (up to 6 days, 1-3 days Processing, 2-3 days Shipping):
We charge a flat fee of $7.55 per order for shipping and handling to every address in the US.
Free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders of $100.00 or more shipped within the US.
USPS Express Mail (up to 4 days, 1-3 days Processing, Overnight Shipping*):
We charge a flat fee of $19.95 for shipping and handling to every address in the US.

We go to extremes to process orders using this shipping method within 1 day but it can take up to 4 days.
International Orders (up to 14 days, 1-3 days Processing, 4-11 days Shipping)
We will ship worldwide to any address serviced by USPS Global Priority Mail or USPS International Express Mail. All orders must be insured. We will ship via USPS Global Priority Mail when available unless otherwise instructed. Visit the USPS website for their shipping rates and methods. International shipments are sent from ZIP code 95135. For estimation purposes each $100 of goods weighs approximately 1/2 pound. You will need to visit the International Shipping category of our website and purchase postage for your country. (To view the category select it from the leftmost column containing categories). If you don't see your country in the list, just complete your order, we will check the shipping costs with USPS and add your country to the list. You will then receive an email instructing you to return to the website to purchase postage for your order. Please tell us if you have any special shipping requests.
